No check list that I know off back in the days I used to go there. Just listen to the range master and do what ever he tells u to.

Hi members.
Want to join a shooting range for practice. Karsaz one which I inquired closes at 5 pm and my work finishes at 5 so not very helpful, and only Sunday morning option left I think which is also difficult. Can anyone know of a range which is open after 5.

After 5 is dark. And i have yet to see a range open in the dark except for tournaments. Your best bet would be ASCC (Arabian Sea country club) where u can shoot at all day long after paying the range charges of Rs. 1000

We regularly shoot at the ASCC. Akthar bhai is the range master. the charges are 1000 per person and Rs. 50 for a target for visitors. i.e non members of the Arabian sea country club.
Just mention Pakguns and you will probably be able to avail a discount. It is kind of our second home and no we none of us are members

Does Airman club shooting range allow non-members?
it does not. for the perfectly single reason that it does not exist anymore. We last went there back in 2014 if my memory serves me correctly courtesy a serving armed forces officer. and the place was deserted. we cleaned it up shot and left. the range itself has been closed since 2013 or so.

Oh btw, Arabian sea country club increased its rates to 2000 per person per visit, as of last week for non members, a straight 100 % increase from the week before.

Airman is open use your contacts for using the range they charge you 1100 per visit. They are also offering the club membership as well.
Replying to an old thread. Can I visit ASCC with family and have a trainer guide us in handgun usage without being members?

Yes. They will charge you Rs. 1000 per person per visit. And Rs. 50 per target. Better to call up beforehand so that Akthar bhai hte range master personally looks after you. He is a nice guy and only too pleased to impart his knowledge as and when he can

Rangers Club: Members only (two guest per member)
Garrison Club: Members only
ASCC: They entertain walk-ins with a valid license and charge the above mentioned rate

where is ASCC ? I've been to Ranger club & I really like it, Airman is OK, I'm a member but haven't been there for a few years, they always have some issues, PNS is quite nice from what I remember, its been some years.

Agreed bro, but sometimes you feel the need to be at a more relaxed causal range, we've been going to the Airman club for the last few months, its alright but it has a relaxed calm casual environment, also the range master Maqbool bhai is a very nice guy in comparison with a lot of others out there.
Me and AK 86, MIG and a few other guest PG members ( Their requests have been pending for sometime) went to ASCC after a long time.
There was no one there. And by that I mean literally no one. Like it was deserted. We were the only living beings there (apart from the insects) we paid at the club house and I decided to take over RM duties. I made the boys pile their ammo on one side and the guns on the other. Gave em a safety briefing. And decided on a one gun, one student, one safety instructor format.
It took a looong time for me to wrap up and I had no chance to shoot (barring the testing of my tow new shotties) but better be safe then sorry.
As for airmen club. We used to go there, till it became members only.
