This is old drama since long. first they ban licences, than they issue back dated licences and get bribes. later on they cancel licences and who made them at first place are free to go.

Today i received my PBL After renewal only in 8 working days
That's really quick Bro. I will give it a month before I visit nadra to check for it at the moment the renewal recipt will work for me.
I have some more bad news. The S**t show just doesn't seem to end. ICT Administration has put a "temporary" hold on all new licenses including applications submitted to them through November and December 2018. They are accepting applications and just making towers out of them instead of processing and forwarding to police department for clearance. The reason you ask... well they intend to "serve" us better by making changes to the whole procedure. Imagine this: as if the old 4 month long procedure was not long enough, they have put on hold to "improve" system by 31st January. Like they have been doing for over 10 years now. I will believe that when I have my license in my hand. /rant over.

Dear if you are a businessman you can get it made on your company name. Simply visit dco office and explain the issue. He will probably allow you the license. If not then visit any dealer and do not trust on manual book license. Licenses are closed as for now. Moi (Ministry of Interior) from isb is going to issue new licences soon. Get that made.

After having grown grey hair waiting for the License and import bans to be overturned,I would suggest you to make any provincial license as soon as it becomes an option (It may already have if last post is true). Also a person I know who is from Faisalabad but works in Pindi just had his Islamabad+Punjab license made from Islamabad through a Sifarish within a week without presenting any required documents or going through normal procedures which take months.
