Dear! this is not the time of purchase anything right. Wait a little, everything is in the channel of normalization. Imports are coming as every large importer has booked a consignment of CQAs. They are just finishing their old stock. Non registered dealers have also invested their savings with registered ones. And the Chinese stuff will be abundant amongst all and so will the price drop after balance of demand and supply with a little margine of $ appreciation & other overhead exp. So. wiat.
Used stuff has a little value in the hands of a dealer but when they are selling it to you, it become a jewell, so don't show your used assets to them. Its just your best skills to go arround and ask from the people who has recently bought anything of sorts.
I last saw someone in Quetta tryig to sell a slightly used peice for 300k.
