It is illegal. Secondly no one knows GM Corporation except the one which makes electric cables.
mostly Peshawar dealers are facilitating Karachi and other city buyers through legal channels.
you pay the amount, they sent the item through transport (TL) to their business partners in that city, you have to go there and present your license and they handover you the item after issuing original invoice receipt and entry on license.
