Local made 223 rifle; Look sexy, but unreliable. Excessive range issue and overly penetrative ammo, in urban settings.
12G semi-auto; 12G semi-autos are inherently less reliable than pump-action and usually come with longer unwieldy barrels. Cleaning/maintenance of SA is usually beyond capability of hired guards.
Buy them new, reliable pump-action shotguns. Reasonably priced Turkish 12G pump-actions fit the bill.

While that's generally sound advice I agree with, and I love the simplicity of classic pumps, it appears most military and police are switching to self-loading shotguns. With modern, consistent ammo they are very reliable.

Overpenetration is misunderstood, because anything that will stop an intruder will penetrate walls, be it bullet, slug, or heavy shot. Good placement is critical to safety.

its comes in a cardboard box with one magpul p mag ,lock and manual.it has 16 inch barrel with colt cage code and MP marking.bolt carrier has c mark but bolt has no markings just a white paint dot.buffer is H buffer and lower rceiver has laser engraved colt logo and its just says carbine instead of M4 carbine.
quality and fit and finish is just average.

Beretta M9A3 @ 475k is still very highly priced.... Have you enquired about POF new 9 mm ammo? still I have not seen them in the Pesh. Market... & What do you think ab. Chinese 9mm ammo.... IMHO it should be less then Rs.100 now... I would like to see a snap shot of that Mak12 shotgun. Thanks.
