Surprisingly, my shotgun license came endorsed as all Pak by default. I wish that held true for the pistol license as well.
Happened to friend of mine as well.
I get very upset when I see em put an all Pak endorsement when I dont want one.

you guys are so lucky, we cannot even get a Punjab license what to say about All Pakistan.
The sindh arms license ban was from 2013-2020. Seven years we looked at other provinces with longing.

True, was a horrible time.
I plan to get 12 licenses made in hand by the end of this year, to be on the safe side.
