As per the news ban is finally lifted

I live in Lahore where should I go?

Its around a week old news (14 dec 2018) and today I spoke to Nadra on phone and they said we have no notification and we don't know anything about it

But who will process new Licenses? Nadra or Kachehri? Because there used to be an Arms license branch in Kachehri civil-lines (I don't know if it is still there) ....
