Question Turkish Shotgun (410) in CQ Shape

Guys yesterday saw a CQ style shotgun chambered in .410 at Lucky Star Saddar,Karachi and it was made in Turkish.
Any idea about its worth and ammo availability and of course its performance ?

Check the price of gun and ammo and availability of ammo. You will not repeat your question.
