    Does it happens with everyone?

    Asalam u alakum all members,
Yesterday I just oiled up my pistol (.30 Chinese TT) n fired two rounds from it . It was all ok but when I picked up the shell the second one was in this condition. I have fired over 50 rounds from this pistol n nthng happened but this is the first time so i m a bit worried . Please share your views

    Case rupture

If a cartridge case is old, weak, or corroded, it may have lost some of its original structural integrity. Thatís a fancy way of saying the casing isn't as strong as it used to be. When ignited, the brass case may break or rupture and unleash burning hot gasses into the action of the gun and towards your body.

I second that, looks like ammo is the issue.....you sure you got the original ammo and not the counterfeit?

According to me its original , as it has the same 311 n 14 stamp near the firing pin area . N it has the same packing as of previous ammo box

ammo stamped 10-11-12-13 shall be preferred. imports were banned in 2013.

It looks like a reload. The empty cartridge is that of an original 311 but it may have been reloaded. So far i have seen such ruptures exclusively in reloaded ammo.

makes sense. steel case ammo is for single use only. if you reload it, structural issues will pop up.
