Expired license of late Father

My father passed away in 2009 and his arms license also expired in december 2009

during all this time I never had any interest in arms therefore never even looked at it but now I am interested to have one I wonder if this license is of any use to me or is this just a useless piece of paper now?

you need to get that license transferred on your name ASAP also who is issuing authority??

Thank you so much for replying It was issued in Okara but then in later years renewed in Lahore

I was going through Punjab arms docs and somewhere it says that license will be considered canceled if not transferred within an year of death and will not be transferred afterwards

So where should I start?

contact a clerk in Okara and get it transferred
