In terms of performance. The Akdal 1919 would underperform with light loads since its primarily a combat platform so does well with slugs and SG.
The BR 99 is more reliable for both light and heavy loads.
The MPA has ghost ring sights. and front fibe optic sight. Its a clone of the Beneli M 4 used by the US army. It also does well with heavier loads Vs. lighter ones.
They are both amazing guns. In short get em both
