But who will process new Licenses? Nadra or Kachehri? Because there used to be an Arms license branch in Kachehri civil-lines (I don't know if it is still there) ....

Thank you so much for replying It was issued in Okara but then in later years renewed in Lahore
I was going through Punjab arms docs and somewhere it says that license will be considered canceled...
Expired license of late Father
My father passed away in 2009 and his arms license also expired in december 2009
during all this time I never had any interest in arms therefore never even looked at it but now I am interested to...
