First of all Took an aluminium box and cut 4 pieces of ply of its inner size.
2 pcs of 5mm thickness for upper n lower base
1 pc 10mm thick for upper pistol socket
1piece 15 mm thick for lower socket
firstly prepared the bases
pasted whit raxine on the upper sheet and red on the lower with some foam.
attached magnets to the lower base at the space for gun n magzine fitting.
Then to make the pistol socket, first drew it on a sheet and then cut the cenre piece and made edges round so that the leather would give a wrinkle free look. Then took sheep leather and foam. Placed 2
Foam sheets togather, covered with sheep leather and joined at the 4 edges using samad bond lightly.
then cut in the center and molded the leather in the pistol socket and simultaneously dried with a hair drier to remove wrinkles.
when dried from the inside, removed the outside leather and re-pasted it tightly.
now, to make the upper socket, cut the sheet, make edges round and cover with red rexine.
for the bullet belt, firstly prepared the strap. attached buttons on it and then stick the wooden paper on the bullet box and made a cut for the straps.
now the box is ready.
attach the base sheets and fit in the sockets and then the bullets.
