Beautiful handgun. Please make sure that the magazines have A in the serial number. Earlier mags gave a lot of problem and the rectified design is marked with A

Btw....interesting trivia which may be useful so thought I'd share....went to Taybally to pick up a P22, but wasn't too sure if it was one of the newer models so I noted the serial number down and E-mailed Walther (On their global / German website on the queries section) with regards to manufacture date.

They got back to me the very next day that this particular model was made in 2008 and was sold to a German wholesaler.

Not bad so now I know its a newer piece and hopefully has been cured of the various ailments which affect the earlier models....and if you don't know what I'm talking about but would like to know just Google P22 Walther Reviews.

Wonder if we E-mailed Stoger or Taurus or S&W if they might tell us when our weapons were manufactured....would be interesting if someone did try....

congratulation good .22 better then the sig i have one also i bought an extented barrel with compensator greatly improves the accuracy fun to shhot and excellent conceal carry

@Balazona: Walther P22 is chambered for .22LR only.

@Kulachi: Nice pics. How reliable is it?

Does anybody know of a semi-auto pistol, other than Walther P22 and Sig Mosquito (available in Pakistan), chambered for either .22LR or .22 Magnum? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
