If i am not wrong this is a combo shotgun with the top barrel firing .410 gauge cartridges and the lower one firing 12 gauge.
Also the top barrel could fire a rifle cartridge while the lower one fires a 12g cartridge.
Cant really judge from the pictures but i think it will be NPB..
I may be wrong.

it's a combo gun for sure, in most cases there is one barrel with rifling for rifle bullets and the other one should be a Gauge (shotgun). i used to own of of these, mine was a over/under with the .22 LR on top and a 410. bore at the bottom, i used it for hunting hares, pigeons, doves, squirrels. mine was an ideal gun for rabbit hunting. however if you can get it in larger calibre/gauge (.44 magnum/12 gauge), then it will be alot of fun shooting wild boar with it.

its NPB as both firing shots r of NPB range (i.e 12 guage and .22). one has to get a license of rifle to keep this weapon as shotgun category won't cover the rifle, but rifle can cover the shot gun.

@GamezBond Sir, actually they are so rare that you can safely say that you can't find .410 cartridges here in Pakistan. However there are people who own .410 shotguns and of course cartridges as well!

I'm not sure how old the combination gun idea is, but it was popular in Germany in the 1800s, often as an arrangement called a "drilling", which had two rifled bores and one smooth bore in the same barrel. In the USA, the Savage company has made over/under combination guns since... a long time, anyway. They range from .22LR/.410 to .308/12guage. Savage sold them under their own name, and to department stores or other gun companies, which often had their own names put on them, so you'll see the same gun marked different ways. The guns were designed for hunting, the idea being you could use either the rifle or shotgun part as needed depending on the game you found.

Where will you get .410 ammo, and if you by chance do, where will you find it less than RS300/ctg???
One shot of .22LR at a time that too not accurately as it's an o/u.
This is a drawing room piece now (after proper cleaning, oiling, bluing)!!!

What about Pakistani 7 mm bolt action? As these local 7 mm rifles are not expensive, can I find a suitable one among these unreliable rifles? or all of them are dangerous and may explode in our hands? Is there anyone who is satisfied with his pakistani 7 mm bolt action rifle?

No, you are right. I am just asking, because I want a promoted Pakistan a country that I be proud of it. I hope our local gun maker increase their quality as I'm sure they have this potential and ability, it needs just supervision of governments and auditory organizations. I just obey the commands of masters and professionals that an intelligent person always use the professional's experiences.

I bought a local shotgun a couple of years back.It was pump action. I pumped it a few times it broke to peices.. Without firing even a single shot
Before that I had bought a local semi auto shotgun. it too broke after 10 shots or so

I stil bought a local pistol. However the pistol works fine. I have put around 250 rounds though it and still going well. Its basicaly luck. I have not dared buy a local rifle casue the rifle is avery powerful weapon and if it explodes........

Exploding of rifle may happen in all kind of bolt action rifles and mostly is due to old and damp bullets and then rapid, string firing that make the barrel hot. Isn't it?

A variety of reasons sir. Over charged ammo. Weak receiver. Weak barrel. (common problems in locals) Squib loads I.e the charge in the bullet is so weak the projectile gets stuck in the barrel. and when U shoot a fresh round the bullet strikes the round already stuck in the barrel.. and "Ka-boom"

Combo guns or Drillings are a very finest of weapons if they come out of continental Europe, specially Austria and Germany. American made combos (Savage, Stivens) were utility guns for masses and showed average accuracy and workman ship.
The best way to use this gun is to zero the sights for .22lr barrel and either reload 410 guage cartridges after first inventory,( One 12 ga gives about three 410) OR much useful is to make a sleeve/chamber insert for .30 bore/ .32 bore/ 9mm cartridge.
Its a pity to use such a gun to as wall hanger. BUT use it as a wall hanger if you don't know the safety margins and the limits of your ability to do the work perfectly.
