Need to know about a gun

while wondering on the net i come through a pic of a short gun, but unfortunately at the same time light was off and after that i am not able to search it again, i can describe it for you as i saw a pic only and dont know the company name. i was looking for short guns and same was appear.
this was a gun with a singel barrel for .12 guage and on the lower side of the barrel there was also an other barrel but this barrel was not for .12 guage, the pic of the bullet and barrel was for a thin bullet like 7mm, thin but lengthy, can some one tell me about that gun?

Beautiful shotgun.

I have no experience with antiques but i love double barrelled shotguns. I have also approached someone who is selling his Midland Gun Company Birmingham London 32" barrel shotgun for Rs. 50,000.

Would love it if someone can advise or give a realistic pricing for such a piece. Senior members pls advice. Also pls also tell us what we should make note of when purchasing an old firearm like this one.
