what is the basic difrence btwin .22 lr and .22wmr

please put some light on it .... range difreance, trejectory, killing power.....etc
many people said that there isnt any big difrence betwin .22. mag.. but i always confuesed if there isnt any big difrance then why .22 mag is in the market??????????? plz my seniors explain i want to know .. regars
