View Full Version : .177 Air Pistol required

27-07-2009, 06:48 PM
After more than 18 years of dedicated service, both in my hands and my father's, my Daisy Powerline 880 air rifle has "officially" been declared dead. To be honest, I do not want to spend a healthy amount to try and repair something I deem unsalvageable (if that is a word :D)

Now, I am left with a good number of .177 pellets as well as an astonishingly large number of BBs, with no gun to fire them out of. What I would like is to get a .177 air pistol, to ensure that at least my pellets don't go to waste and I have some fun along the way.

I need opinions of air gun enthusiasts on this site. Please do not suggest an air rifle as I already have a Gamo Shadow .22. The air pistols I have seen in the market are the Gamo P800 and Chinese break barrels. Do I have any other options before I finally make the move?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Btw, if anyone has a fully functioning Crosman 1377 to sell, please let me know.

What are your comments about this one? What about comparing it with GAMO P800 & Chinese break barrel pistols online!
