@NOMI.... by universal you mean that laser which attaches to the trigger guard...? Have you seen or used any with a TT.

I have seen it and the person who had it was saying it is useless because it moves after 2-3 shots.

As per my knowledge no laser is designed to fit a TT pistol.

@Doktar, No offense friend, but what good would a laser be on a TT, i find them pretty inaccurate and difficult to shoot as it is.

@Glocky.... brother you are right. Firing TT is not a pleasurable experience but still this is the most common (read it affordable) foreign pistol available in Pakistan. I was thinking to add laser to make it more accurate.

I think Doktor Sahib looks of your TT will be enhanced after adding a laser to it.Have seen this trigger touch laser.

Sir, i think you'll be better off using the iron sights on them, trust me the laser is only an aide. its the shooter who makes the difference between a good shot and a great shot. cheers

+1 Glocky. Accuracy is in the shooters hand, not in the devices.

While on the topic of sights, is there any way to improve the iron sights on the TT??? Just wondering....

I have a mak, I love the gun but sights suck...both Mak and TT have very small fronth sight which is fixed protrusion from the slide. You can not replace the fronth sight. There are two ways to improve it
Have an experienced gunsmith cut-off the fronth sight.
Cut out a notch to fit a sight (you have to decide and buy the sights prior to this)
Adjust the rear notch cut for the rear sight base.
Fit the sights
sight them in (you may use bore sighter for this purpose)
Go to the range and do the fine tuning at 25 meters.

This whole process is going to cost more than your TT.

Second option is to have an expert smith weld on to the fronth sight some softer material to increase its size, carefully file it to shape. this can be accomplished cheaply and easily.

Bro... TT is not meant for target practicing. this was a short range pistol for the officers of the Russian Army. By short ... it means point and shoot anywhere on the person!

In other words, the TT has a great accuracy potential, only hindered by lack of proper sights...:(
